Our story

Pim's Kitchen started with a simple belief - that a really good rice bowl, made with care, can be the best thing about your day. After starting in Bangkok, Pim brought the kitchen to Bang Kruai, Nonthaburi, closer to the community she cooks for.

Our bowls combine the best of two kitchens: the bold, homey flavours of Thai cooking and the clean, satisfying format of Japanese donburi. Crispy pork, braised pork, and our signature pickled egg yolk are the stars.
